8.1 NO RETURNS WILL BE MADE UNLESS THE PRODUCT HAS ARRIVED IN BAD CONDITION OR IF THE PRODUCT DELIVERED IS NOT THE CORRECT ONE.
In the event that you notice any damage to the product or that the merchandise is incomplete, the Customer can contact and notify CAFÉ RICO within two (2) days from the delivery of their order. Once certified by CAFÉ RICO that the defect stems from a cause attributable to it, said merchandise will be replaced at no additional cost.
